Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative will support customers through phone and digital channels by resolving inquiries and providing accurate information while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries related to the NJ Family Care Program
- Document enrollment requests, status changes, and complaints accurately
- Provide clear and objective information based on program requirements
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of previous call center or customer service experience preferred
- High School diploma or GED
- Reliable internet connection and distraction-free remote workspace
- Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
- Background and drug screening are required
