Job Summary
Supporting customers through phone and digital channels, the full-time Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative will resolve inquiries and provide accurate information while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries related to the NJ Family Care Program
- Document enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances accurately
- Maintain proficiency in program policies and provide clear, objective information to customers
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of previous call center or customer service experience (preferred)
- High School diploma or GED
- Reliable internet connection and distraction-free remote workspace
- Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
- Background and drug screening are required
