Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative will support customers by resolving inquiries through phone and digital channels, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries related to the NJ Family Care Program
- Document enrollment requests and provide telephone support to applicants and beneficiaries
- Maintain proficiency in program policies and provide clear, accurate information based on program requirements
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of previous call center or customer service experience (preferred)
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems effectively
- Reliable internet connection and distraction-free remote workspace
- Background and drug screening are required
