Job Summary
Working remotely as a full-time Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative, the candidate will manage customer inquiries through phone and digital channels, ensuring high-quality service and accurate documentation for the NJ Family Care Program.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries from potential and existing NJ Family Care beneficiaries
- Document enrollment requests, status changes, and complaints while maintaining proficiency in program policies
- Enter application and enrollment information into a web-based system for customers applying over the phone
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of previous call center or customer service experience preferred
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems effectively
- Reliable internet connection and distraction-free remote workspace
- Background and drug screening are required
