Supporting customers remotely, the full-time Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative will manage inquiries and provide accurate information while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries related to the NJ Family Care Program
  • Document enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances accurately
  • Maintain proficiency in program policies and provide clear information based on program requirements
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of previous call center or customer service experience (preferred)
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Reliable internet connection and distraction-free remote workspace
  • Ability to work with diverse backgrounds
  • Effective communication and active listening skills
