Job Summary

Supporting customers through phone and digital channels, the full-time Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative will resolve inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a high-quality customer experience while working from home.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries related to the NJ Family Care Program
  • Document enrollment requests, status changes, and complaints while entering information into a web-based system
  • Maintain proficiency in program policies to provide clear and accurate information to customers
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of previous call center or customer service experience (preferred)
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Reliable internet connection and distraction-free remote workspace
  • Ability to work with diverse backgrounds
  • Background and drug screening are required
