Job Summary
Supporting customers remotely, the full-time Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative will resolve inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a high-quality customer experience for NJ Family Care beneficiaries.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries related to the NJ Family Care Program
- Document enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances accurately
- Maintain proficiency in program policies and provide clear information based on program requirements
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of previous call center or customer service experience (preferred)
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems effectively
- Reliable internet connection and distraction-free remote workspace
- Effective communication and active listening skills
