Job Summary
Supporting customers through phone and digital channels, the full-time Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative will resolve inquiries, document enrollment requests, and provide accurate information regarding the NJ Family Care Program.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries from NJ Family Care beneficiaries and community organizations
- Document enrollment requests, status changes, and complaints accurately in a web-based system
- Maintain proficiency in NJ Family Care rules and provide clear, objective information based on program requirements
Required qualifications:
- 1-2 years of previous call center or customer service experience preferred
- High School diploma or GED
- Reliable internet connection and distraction-free remote workspace
- Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems effectively
- Background and drug screening required
