Key responsibilities

  • Document enrollment requests, status changes, and complaints accurately
  • Maintain proficiency in program policies and provide clear information based on program requirements
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of previous call center or customer service experience (preferred)
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Reliable internet connection and distraction-free remote workspace
  • Ability to work with diverse backgrounds
  • Background and drug screening are required
