Job Summary

As a full-time Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative, the candidate will support customers through phone and digital channels by resolving inquiries and providing accurate information while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries related to the NJ Family Care Program
  • Document enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances accurately
  • Maintain proficiency in NJ Family Care rules and guidelines to provide accurate information to customers
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of previous call center or customer service experience preferred
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Reliable internet connection and distraction-free remote workspace
  • Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Effective communication and active listening skills
