Job Summary
To support customer inquiries, the full-time Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative will manage phone and digital communications, providing accurate information and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries related to the NJ Family Care Program
- Document enrollment requests and maintain proficiency in program policies
- Enter application and enrollment information into a web-based system for customers
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of previous call center or customer service experience preferred
- High School diploma or GED
- Reliable internet connection and distraction-free remote workspace
- Ability to work with diverse backgrounds
- Background and drug screening are required
