Key responsibilities
  • Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries related to the NJ Family Care Program
  • Document enrollment requests and maintain proficiency in program policies
  • Enter application and enrollment information into a web-based system for customers
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of previous call center or customer service experience preferred
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Reliable internet connection and distraction-free remote workspace
  • Ability to work with diverse backgrounds
  • Background and drug screening are required
