Seeking a full-time temporary Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative, who will provide essential support connecting individuals to emergency shelter and resources while working remotely from home.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in both Spanish and English, addressing their needs and connecting them to appropriate resources
• Navigate multiple systems efficiently to provide timely and accurate support
• Maintain 100% attendance during orientation and training sessions, demonstrating reliability and commitment

Required qualifications

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
• Experience working remotely is preferred
• Proficient with technology, including a Windows 11 PC with specific hardware requirements
• Open availability, including weekends, is mandatory
