  • Interact with external and internal customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process new client referrals, verify information, and explain services being offered
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to speak Spanish
  • 1-2 years of related professional experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed
  • Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
