Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary, Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and accurate information to customers via inbound calls and emails
• Handle a high volume of calls and application processing
• Complete new hire training and maintain an in-depth understanding of the training curriculum

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Experience in customer service
• High speed internet access (Minimum 10MB upload speed, 100MB download speed)
• Private workspace or home office free of distractions and outside noise
