Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Engage Spanish-speaking customers through a high-volume Account Strategy phone and chat line
- Lead consultative Account Strategy conversations to help customers maximize the Toast platform
- Document interactions and leverage data to inform account strategies and decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Full professional fluency in both Spanish and English
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success
- Experience in high-volume, queue-based environments
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex conversations with Spanish-speaking customers
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret account insights
