Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage Spanish-speaking customers through a high-volume Account Strategy phone and chat line
  • Lead consultative Account Strategy conversations to help customers maximize the Toast platform
  • Document interactions and leverage data to inform account strategies and decision-making


Required Qualifications
  • Full professional fluency in both Spanish and English
  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success
  • Experience in high-volume, queue-based environments
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex conversations with Spanish-speaking customers
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret account insights
