Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Bilingual Spanish Customer Support Specialist will assist customers with credit-related inquiries and solutions while working remotely from Allen, TX.
Key responsibilities
- Take inbound calls to assist customers with credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings
- Educate consumers on credit bureau processes and guide them on requesting corrections
- Handle escalated customer issues and identify support needs for appropriate resolution
Required qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Must reside within 45-60 minutes of the Allen, TX office
- Comfortable using a computer for operations
