Bilingual Spanish Customer Support Representative

Job Summary

A company in the Customer Service - Call Center industry is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Customer Support Representative.

Position Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with panelists
• Provide technical support and coaching to panelists on the proper usage of proprietary equipment
• Analyze data, provide feedback to households, and troubleshoot software and hardware issues

Required Qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Outbound and inbound call center experience
• General ability to perform consumer electronic troubleshooting by phone
• High School Diploma required
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
