Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Specialist - Remote Bilingual Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts inbound and outbound patient engagement calls after the initial delivery of medical equipment and supplies
• Educates patients on the use of medical equipment and assists with troubleshooting issues via telephone
• Schedules ongoing diabetes education and coaching for patients and ensures proper setup for ongoing supply reorders

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• License or certification in the medical field preferred (e.g., pharmacy technician, medical assistant, licensed practical nurse)
• 1-3 years of customer service experience in healthcare preferred
• Compassion and a desire to work with patients
• Flexibility regarding work schedule, including evening and weekend availability
