Bilingual Spanish Factoring Onboarding Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Factoring Onboarding Manager - Spanish Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with customers to drive value from their engagement with the Factoring product
• Provide ongoing adoption and implementation strategies to ensure increased adoption and usage of the Factoring product
• Manage and implement revenue-focused activities related to the usage of the Factoring product

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of Customer Success Manager or Account Management experience in a business-to-business or SaaS support environment
• Preference for experience in the freight or trucking industry
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
