Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish FHA Mortgage Origination Customer Service Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service, responding to calls and emails regarding FHA guidelines and procedures
• Utilize knowledge of the mortgage industry to locate answers in a knowledge database
• Document all contacts in a database and stay up to date on FHA mortgage processes and procedures

Required Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of FHA loan origination experience or 3 years of loan origination experience with conventional loans and/or other government-backed loans
• High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday between 8 am to 8 pm ET
• Bilingual (Spanish/English), verbal and written
