Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Helpline Agent who will serve as a primary contact for handling incoming calls and providing customer service support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer questions and provide information about Alzheimer's disease and other dementias
  • Assess callers and refer complex or crisis situations to Care Consultants
  • Collect constituent data and maintain confidentiality of client information
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, Associates and/or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of customer service work experience
  • Type 30 wpm and have good word processing and general computer skills
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Bilingual language capabilities required (English and Spanish)
