A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Human Resources Compliance Specialist for a remote, full-time entry-level position.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and process new hire paperwork and ensure accuracy
Enter new hire data into the HRIS system and address any issues or corrections
Review and audit I-9 forms for compliance and communicate with hiring managers regarding new hire paperwork status

Qualifications:

2+ years of HR administration experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Previous onboarding experience preferred
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through skills
Bachelor's degree required
