Job Summary
Managing the end-to-end implementation of new business, the full-time Global Business Implementation Manager - Bilingual Spanish will oversee project initiatives, ensure effective communication with clients, and provide technical oversight while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the implementation of new business projects, maintaining communication to meet customer expectations
- Engage cross-functional teams to validate business scope and ensure appropriate technologies are selected for customer requirements
- Provide day-to-day direction to implementation teams and ensure adherence to processes throughout the implementation lifecycle
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred and 8 years of relevant experience
- Bilingual Spanish is required
- Direct customer-facing and implementation delivery experience
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies to develop customer solutions
- Experience managing teams, including contractors and suppliers
