Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Engagement Specialist (Bilingual Spanish) who will engage with individuals struggling with substance use disorders and provide support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate the value of the company's care mode in a compassionate and non-judgmental manner
• Verify insurance eligibility and communicate patient cost sharing responsibility
• Field inbound communications, qualify patients, schedule appointments, and facilitate telehealth sessions

Required Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• 3-4 years of customer facing experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Experience working in a contact center environment, handling a high volume of calls
• Experience using technology such as computer telephony and EMR software
• Highly empathetic, non-judgmental, open-minded, and resilient
