Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Inbound Sales Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion the admissions process and address concerns from clients and families
• Pitch the company's clinical model to clients and families
• Engage with prospective clients, families, and referral sources in a compassionate and professional manner

Required Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Spanish, with additional languages preferred
• Bachelor's degree in health sciences, business administration, communications, or relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in admissions and/or patient acquisition in the mental health setting
• 1-2+ years of Salesforce experience required
• 1-2+ years of experience using contact center technology
