Bilingual Spanish Intake Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Specialist - Bilingual Spanish (Remote-EST).

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls from patients and schedule appointments for various locations
• Document and confirm requested appointments while providing excellent customer service
• Manage incoming faxes from referral sources and triage general inquiry calls

Required Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience
• Experience in a medical office preferred
• Spanish speaking ability
• Knowledge of medical terminology and EMR systems is a plus
