Bilingual Spanish Intake Specialist

Job Summary

To serve as the vital first point of contact for new members, the remote Bilingual Spanish Intake Specialist will conduct comprehensive virtual Welcome Visits, educate families on services, and ensure seamless transitions to Maternity Navigators while working part-time on an hourly basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct up to 7 comprehensive virtual Welcome Visits per day, assessing members' needs and establishing trusting relationships
• Coordinate with Maternity Navigators and clinical specialists for smooth care transitions and pass critical intake notes
• Maintain data accuracy by logging interactions and tracking onboarding progress in relevant systems

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in patient onboarding, member engagement, customer service, or healthcare navigation, preferably with Medicaid populations
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong conversational skills
• High emotional intelligence and active listening skills for building rapport with members
• Technical proficiency with CRM platforms and virtual communication tools
• High school diploma or GED equivalent, with reliable home internet access for remote work
