Bilingual Spanish Leave of Absence Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave of Absence Manager who is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the LOA team to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations
• Administer case management for leave requests and review LOA paperwork for accuracy and compliance
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for the LOA team and handle all leave of absence related escalations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of professional experience in HR management
• 3 years of experience in leave management focusing on FMLA preferred
• Experience working with a unionized labor force
• Experience in Benefits for a company with a minimum of 5000 employees
