Bilingual Spanish Medical Scribe

Job Summary

To enhance provider efficiency and patient satisfaction, a fully remote Bilingual Spanish Medical Scribe will perform medical record documentation and clerical duties during weekdays from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Central Standard Time, with part-time and full-time options available.

Key responsibilities

• Preparing and assembling medical record documentation to support healthcare providers
• Entering patient rooms with physicians to capture and transcribe medical documentation using electronic medical record applications
• Updating all components of patient medical records as directed by physicians, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and facility policies

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S
• Typing speed of 45+ WPM
• Ability to fluently read, write, and understand English and Spanish
• Availability to work a minimum of 16-24 hours per week for part-time or 32+ hours per week for full-time for specified durations
