Bilingual Spanish Medical Scribe

Job Summary

To enhance provider efficiency in adult medicine, the part-time Bilingual Spanish Virtual Medical Scribe will work remotely from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday, performing medical record documentation and clerical duties to improve patient flow and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Preparing and assembling medical record documentation to support healthcare providers
• Transcribing medical record documentation during patient visits using electronic medical record applications
• Collaborating with healthcare staff to monitor lab results and ensure accurate documentation in patient records

Required qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Typing speed of 45+ WPM
• Ability to work two shifts per week for a minimum of 6 consecutive months, or three shifts per week for a minimum of 12 consecutive months
• Residency in an approved state for virtual work with ProScribe
