Job Summary
To support a busy adult medicine practice, the part-time Bilingual Spanish Medical Scribe will perform medical record documentation and clerical duties remotely from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday, ensuring provider effectiveness and improved patient flow.
Key responsibilities
- Preparing and assembling medical record documentation to support healthcare providers
- Entering patient room details with the physician during visits to capture and transcribe medical records
- Updating patient medical records with clinical information at the direction of the physician
Required qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM
- Ability to work two shifts per week for part-time (16-24 hours) or three shifts for full-time (32+ hours)
- Residency in an approved state for virtual work
