A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish - Member Engagement Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to schedule free health evaluations
• Utilize pre-approved scripts to communicate effectively with members
• Overcome objections and present the value of health evaluations to engage members

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in Spanish (read, write, and speak)
• Desire to work in an outbound call center environment
• Strong sales aptitude with a focus on achieving productivity goals
• Previous experience in high-volume call centers is highly desirable
