Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Service Guide Supervisor (Bilingual, Spanish) for their remote location in the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Member Service Guides, providing coaching, training, and support
- Ensure team achieves goals on phone service levels, call quality, case resolution turnaround times, and member engagement
- Analyze data trends to close performance gaps and make recommendations for process improvements
Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and oral communication)
- Health insurance experience, preferably in Medicare Advantage
- Solid understanding of health care claims and benefits
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent customer-facing and management work experience
- Strong leadership skills, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities
