Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Service Guide Supervisor (Bilingual, Spanish) for their remote location in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Member Service Guides, providing coaching, training, and support
  • Ensure team achieves goals on phone service levels, call quality, case resolution turnaround times, and member engagement
  • Analyze data trends to close performance gaps and make recommendations for process improvements
Required Qualifications:
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and oral communication)
  • Health insurance experience, preferably in Medicare Advantage
  • Solid understanding of health care claims and benefits
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent customer-facing and management work experience
  • Strong leadership skills, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities
