Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual/Spanish Member Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to a high volume of incoming calls from members and providers
• Maintain knowledge of company contracts and policies to effectively interpret information
• Utilize appropriate resources to accurately resolve customer inquiries and problems

Required Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish
• High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
• Prior professional work experience, ideally with customer service
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Able to comfortably work from home with access to a high-speed internet connection
