Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual/Spanish Member Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to a high volume of incoming calls from members and providers
- Maintain knowledge of company contracts and policies to effectively interpret information
- Utilize appropriate resources to accurately resolve customer inquiries and problems
Required Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior professional work experience, ideally with customer service
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Able to comfortably work from home with access to a high-speed internet connection
