Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Bilingual Spanish MTM Clinical Services Pharmacy Technician.

Position Responsibilities:

Provide medication therapy management services to patients through triage of inbound calls and completion of Comprehensive Medication Reviews (CMRs)
Engage in drug utilization review (DUR) by supporting the execution of DUR initiatives via meeting preparation, letter campaigns, and telephonic outreach to members/providers
Assist with basic data analytic activities and tracking of interventions, and preparation and documentation of responses to regulatory audits associated with the over utilization program

Qualifications:

High School or GED required
0-1 year of experience in pharmacy operations managed care, hospitals, and/or retail environments
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) Preferred
Bilingual Spanish / English
Call center or experience with heavy call volume, Pharmacy Technician and/or medical field knowledge of prescription drugs (uses and doses)
