Bilingual Spanish National Sales Recruiter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish National Sales Recruiter with branch operations experience in Cleveland, Ohio (remote work available in the United States).

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, qualify, interview, and hire top producing Loan Officers/Mortgage Bankers and Branch Manager candidates
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs
• Meet hiring goals set by the Recruiting Department leadership

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years' experience as a Mortgage Sales Recruiter
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Experience supporting Sales Leaders and Branch Managers in recruiting efforts
• Experience maintaining a database of loan originators, branch managers, and referral partners
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking systems or CRM
