A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Updating website content on multiple sites
• Answering customer support calls via phone, live chat, and email
• Working closely with a team to meet daily site requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese
• Strong customer service background
• Basic computer knowledge
• Fluency in conversational English and either Spanish or Portuguese
• Familiarity with website administration preferred
• Previous customer interaction experience preferred
