Job Summary
Engaging new members, the Bilingual Spanish Phone Outreach Associate will make calls to potential members, explain services, and assist with enrollment while working remotely on a full-time basis from 8:30am-5:30pm ET.
Key responsibilities
- Making calls to potential members, identifying their needs, and providing information about services offered
- Answering questions about Nadia Care and the membership journey
- Registering members with the program and scheduling their first appointment
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual Spanish speaking required
- Call center, sales, or community outreach experience
- Outgoing personality excited to bring services to those in need
- Comfortable with technology and digital platforms
