A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish P and C Insurance Personal Lines Sales Agent

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell insurance policies by delivering consistent best-in-class results
• Bind at least 60 new policies per month and bundle 1/3 of homeowner prospects
• Navigate multiple insurers' products and agent portals to find the best insurance options

Required Qualifications:

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in previous roles
• Relentless ambition and motivation to over-deliver and be generously rewarded
• Deep multi-carrier experience in identifying the right product from the right carrier for each customer
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to drive sales and surpass targets
• Fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking customers
