Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish) Patient Care Advocate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely technical and product support via messaging and phone calls to members
  • Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure accurate and timely information is conveyed to members
  • Document all member interactions and manage member information while respecting confidentiality
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer service in a healthcare setting
  • Proficiency in speaking and writing in Spanish
  • Experience with customer service platforms and healthcare platforms
  • Familiarity with insurance processes and managing confidential patient data in compliance with HIPAA
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends
