Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish) Patient Care Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely technical and product support via messaging and phone calls to members
- Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure accurate and timely information is conveyed to members
- Document all member interactions and manage member information while respecting confidentiality
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer service in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in speaking and writing in Spanish
- Experience with customer service platforms and healthcare platforms
- Familiarity with insurance processes and managing confidential patient data in compliance with HIPAA
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends
