Position Responsibilities

• Perform daily outreach to prospective patients to enroll them with Concert Health
• Explain medical benefits thoroughly to patients during the enrollment process
• Participate in post-enrollment follow-up activities

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a sales or customer service position
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Understanding of electronic medical records software, Salesforce or Zendesk
• Highly self-motivated
