Position Responsibilities

Explain medical benefits thoroughly to patients during the enrollment process
Participate in post-enrollment follow-up activities

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in a sales or customer service position
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Understanding of electronic medical records software, Salesforce or Zendesk
Highly self-motivated
