Job Summary
Fluent in both Spanish and English, the full-time Bilingual Spanish Personal Health Assistant will connect members with healthcare providers, addressing requests and concerns through various communication channels in a remote setting after a four-week in-office training in Tulsa.
Key responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, emails, chats, and faxes to address member requests and concerns
- Understand and assess healthcare needs, referring members to appropriate providers at no cost
- Ensure exceptional member experience by utilizing provided tools and autonomy during interactions
Required qualifications
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Six months of customer service experience
- Ability to work M-F with flexible hours from 7 am to 7 pm
- Strong organizational and time management skills
