Bilingual Spanish Product Delivery Manager
Job Summary
Leading the technical enablement and integration of core payment products for LATAM partners, the full-time Bilingual Spanish Product Delivery Manager will serve as the primary technical SME, guiding clients through implementation and troubleshooting while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical SME to clients, translating complex product specifications into actionable implementation plans
- Guide partners through L3 terminal certification and card profile validation, addressing technical queries and approving documentation
- Conduct root-cause analysis on integration issues and identify process improvements to optimize client onboarding
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 4 years of experience with L3 Certification, EMV specifications, or Digital Tokenization
- At least 5 years of experience in client-facing technical delivery or stakeholder management
- At least 2 years of technical troubleshooting experience within payment network implementations
- Fluent in Spanish and English
