Bilingual Spanish Recovery Agent

Job Summary

Fluent in Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Spanish Recovery Agent will manage inbound and outbound collection calls, negotiate payment resolutions, and apply industry knowledge to handle delinquent accounts remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate payments and resolve account balances
• Utilize multiple systems for skip tracing and effectively manage multiple portfolios and risk levels
• Document accounts accurately and participate in special projects as required

Required qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish (Required)
• High School Diploma with 1-2 years of experience in a related field
• At least one year of transportation industry customer support experience
• Basic accounting knowledge and skip tracing skills
• Proficient in using Google Sheets and other computer applications
