Job Summary

Supporting high-volume recruitment across global operations, the part-time Bilingual Spanish Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interviews in Spanish and English, and onboarding, all while working remotely from the Philippines during US business hours.

Key responsibilities
  • Screen and qualify Spanish-speaking candidates for US-based roles using various sourcing channels
  • Conduct phone screenings and interviews primarily in Spanish while collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders in English
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Required qualifications
  • Preferred recruitment experience in a high-volume or fast-paced environment
  • Advanced to native-level Spanish proficiency (spoken and written) is required
  • Professional English communication skills for effective collaboration with global stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Languages, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines in a high-volume recruitment environment
