Bilingual Spanish Research Interviewer

Job Summary

To support a dynamic research team, the part-time English or Bilingual Spanish Research Interviewer will conduct consumer interviews across the United States, following a provided script to gather valuable insights remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct telephone interviews with consumers to collect feedback on products and services
• Follow a scripted questionnaire to ensure consistency and accuracy in data collection
• Transcribe verbal responses quickly and accurately while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Spanish (bilingual candidates preferred)
• Strong typing skills and familiarity with computer applications, including Google Chrome/Apps
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
• Must reside within the Nashville area to collect work equipment in person
• Availability for evening shifts, 15-25 hours per week, Monday to Friday
