Job Summary

Fluent in both spoken and written Spanish, the part-time Bilingual Spanish Seasonal Support Representative will respond to family inquiries through phone, email, and chat, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with team members to enhance the user experience in a fully remote role.

Key responsibilities

• Responding to support inquiries from families in a timely manner through various communication channels
• Troubleshooting issues and providing solutions while maintaining customer satisfaction and team goals
• Participating in initiatives that support families, schools, and internal teams, and collaborating on process improvements

Required qualifications

• Fluency in both spoken and written Spanish
• Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in an educational setting
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during peak support season
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Comfort with technology and quick learning of new systems and software
