Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Processor to handle various loan processing tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Process various loan programs including FHA, VA, Conventional, and others
• Request, review, and verify all loan documents to ensure accuracy before underwriting
• Maintain communication with customers, loan agents, and third parties throughout the loan process

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5-7 years of experience processing mortgage loans
• Current experience with purchase loans
• Proficient with Encompass or similar mortgage loan origination systems
• Advanced knowledge of federal and state guidelines, including TRID
• Ability to analyze complex tax returns and calculate income for various borrowers
