• 10+ years experience in Responsible Supply Chain, Ethical Trade, Sustainability, and Human Rights
• 7+ years leading Social Compliance assessments and remediation work
• 5+ years of people leadership and management experience
• Exceptional understanding of regional risks and sustainability landscape
• Fluent in Spanish and strong relationship management skills
