Bilingual Spanish Service Desk Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Service Desk Technician.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support via phone, e-mail, and chat to employees of corporate clients
• Troubleshoot Outlook and Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 7, Windows 10)
• Support mobile devices, network printers, VPN connectivity, and remote access tools

Required Qualifications:

• Trade School Certificate or Associate Degree in a related field
• 1 year of experience in a call center or service desk environment
• Knowledge of PC hardware and software applications, including Office 365, ServiceNow, and various Microsoft Office products
• Effective troubleshooting and documentation skills
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
